We had water damage downstairs which required removing the dining room tile, the Engineered hardwood in our foyer and hallway. Jeff was referred by a friend and when I reached out to him he immediately took my call, went over a few things and made me feel like I had an ally in the process. We had just had the floors redone 2 years prior and I was not excited about going through the whole thing again, but Jeff and his crew were fantastic. They went above and beyond what I expected, they were punctual, respectful of my home and pets and the work was the best I've seen. Jeff was really helpful during the process, the transitions he suggested (which I was a little iffy on) turned into my favorite part of the new floor. It all looks so good now and I couldn't be happier with the result. His prices were in line with other quotes I received but the time, workmanship and attention to detail were second to none. I highly recommend Jeff and his crew, even though this was a smallish project he treated me like I was his best customer. They did a great job from start to clean up. Thanks Jeff!
