Pilot View, Inc. (Resource Conservation & Development) is a non-profit organization that helps community groups in the northern North Carolina Piedmont carry out projects that protect our natural and human resources while promoting economic development. Pilot View's level of involvement varies with each project, depending on the capabilities of the organization sponsoring the project. Specifically, Pilot View can assist in fund-raising, can administer project funds, and can contract for the services needed to complete the project.
