Northwest Piedmont Development Corporation is a nonprofit organization that supports economic development in Davie, Forsyth, Stokes, Surry, and Yadkin counties by providing long-term fixed-rated financing through the SBA 504 program to help small businesses purchase, construct or expand their facilities.
