East Forsyth High School is located in Kernersville, North Carolina and is one of ten high schools in the Winston-Salem Forsyth County School System. We have approximately 2000 students in grades 9 through 12 with many students taking classes at Forsyth Technical Community College and the Career Center in downtown Winston-Salem.
